Fruit juices are eradicated due to their concentrated fructose, glucose and sugar contents which is essentially not a Paleolithic way of doing things. Salt is also removed from the diet; no salt was used during the prehistoric times. Something like sweets, candy and sugars are also not welcomed.

It’s not usual for you to go out looking for your own food in today’s modern era and neither is copying the active way of life of these prehistoric ancestral hunters.
